Description:
Fixed logs for GCP provider. Added a flag 'LOG_LEVEL' with a default value 'DEBUG'.
How to test:
Basic business TCs/INT tests. Change a value of a flag 'LOG_LEVEL' on 'INFO', we will see INFO logs, otherwise, DEBUG.
