Added group filtering by partition (GONRG-5577)

Description:

Filtering groups by partition id has been added for get all groups request. Before the fix, the "/groups" request returned all groups. Changes will allow to manage groups for each partition ID. Also, changes apply to other providers.

How to test:

Get a list of groups for different partitions

Changes include:

  • Bugfix (a non-breaking change that solves an issue).
