Azure M18 - Link is broken from WellLog work-product-component to child Dataset and eventually to LAS file

Started discussion with @deepapathak for this issue.

After troubleshooting, we found that loaded data in Azure instance has version number for child Dataset record.

Suggest you show just the record ID without version. And for one test wpc record, verify that you are able to take the dataset record and actually retrieve the file.
