Improve monitoring: bulk data and Log recognition endpoints

Bulk data:

  • Add more traces for internal bulk functions
  • Ensure bulk exceptions are linked to current tracing span when exported to cloud provider

Log recognition:

  • add more trace and make asynchronous the cpu bound instructions
