GCP metadata token

The MR comes with the next changes (GCP specific):

• Use GCP GCE metadata as credentials (osdu/platform/domain-data-mgmt-services/wellbore/lib/wellbore-cloud/wellbore-gcp-lib!12 (merged))
• SERVICE_HOST_STORAGE and SERVICE_HOST_SEARCH set up with default (service mesh approach support)
