This MR can be merged only after !1004 (merged) is merged as we need the implementation with Dockerfile, then update the infrastructure in azure-helm-repo and then we can merge E2E tests.

This MR sets also the feature flag for POST_PROCESS_ON_DATASET_CLOSE to true by default on Azure
