In Current release branch sdms_publish job is failing with unknown image reference with missing CI variables. This MR adds CI variables to the job to fixx issues. Changes are tested with https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/domain-data-mgmt-services/seismic/seismic-dms-suite/seismic-store-service/-/pipelines/231883
