Expose the ZGY files's uuid.

Document my understanding of the chaos that is UUUD and update the code to match.

Expose the "verid" ZGY attribute, an UUID that is set to a new value on create and on update. The attribute is now available in OpenZGY/C++, Python wrapper, pure OpenZGY/Python, and the native and python zgydump tools.
