Low hanging fruit

Add some bells and whistles, and do some cleanup.

• Add support for -O and -S options in zgydumpc.
• Minor speedup when not generating low resolution data.
• Sync with internal SLB devops. In OSDU this is just for information.
• Other cleanup.
