Support importing from SEG-Y files that are sorted in descending order

Support importing from SEG-Y files that are sorted in descending order. Add a --keep-original-order command-line parameter to disable the re-ordering to ensure that these files can be round-tripped, but this is less compatible with other software that might assume the VDS axis has CoordinateMin < CoordinateMax.
