Fix generated Python MetadataKey API so it doesn't have the suppressed constructor with char*s.
Update Python API with removal of IVolumeDataAccessor::IndexOutOfRangeException and IVolumeDataAccessor::ReadErrorException.
Add GridPoint definitions to KnownMetadata.h and update Python API.
