Merge VDSFile support

Morten Ofstad requested to merge feature/morten.ofstad/VolumeDataStoreVDSFile into master

This adds support for VDS files in the local filesystem. This implementation can read VDS files created with the Bluware commercial libraries, but the Bluware libraries does not yet support VDS files written using OpenVDS, support for this will be added in the next version of the commercial libraries.
