Remove requestProcessor from the VDS handle

Jørgen Lind requested to merge feature/jorgen.lind/extra_request_processor into master

Its a member of the AccessManager. This was causing a deadlock with the cleanup thread, since suddenly there where 2 cleanupthreads.
