Add Open and Create options that take url and connection parameters · 434eea5d
Jørgen Lind authored Jun 10, 2020
This makes it possible to open a VDS with:
    s3://bucket/some_path
    azure://container/some_path

The connection string is used to pass extra parameters to the IO
backend. s3 accepts empty connection string as it can pick up
    credentials from env or file.
