Consolidate Reference data

Context:

The reference data is under development, besides the RAFS services. Previously, the reference data has been registered in the GLab environment by the DEV team during development. Lately, the data has been incidentally wiped out in the Glab env.

Scope:

Consolidate Reference data in one place (postman collection or script).

Acceptance Criteria:

• One source of truth for the reference data
• Can be reproduced in any environment (postman or script)
