As the service API v2 user, I want to see the real workable examples of payload

The story is a continuation of the issue #3 (closed)

Partially work was done for v1 within the ticket https://jirapct.epam.com/jira/browse/XOMROCK-1081.

The approach is not ideal and should be reworked.

Acceptance criteria

1. All API v2 endpoints have a workable payload on the swagger page.
