POC - UseCase #1 - Phase 1

The story implies a POC development for the testing of architectural hypotheses of data aggregation/analytical queries.

The user is able to perform a Sample search using the Rock Sample DDMS endpoint by the following Sample parameters:

SampleDepth Permeability Porosity GrainDensity Saturation Pressure Temperature

Scope:

Setup local database (Cassandra, or other) Split logic by command/query (write/read)
