Fixed crash requests with error "Invalid Message-ID: Not monotonically increasing"
Fixed crash when remove from middle of pending_rpcs_
Fix concurrency issue in the Client_ConnectionEstablishMt benchmark (related to fixture)
Enabled multi-threaded benchmarks that were crashing before
Add new benchmark Client_ConnectionPingMt (currently limited to 1 thread due new found issue)
