Adding file and delivery rest scripts

Current Behavior or Linked Issues

  • Currently there are no REST scripts for File or Delivery services. This is part of service onboarding process for both services.
  • File environment variable script has not been updated since a new integration test variable was added for the service

All REST calls were tested against a deployed environment
