Updated aks nodepool image to azure linux

Current Behavior or Linked Issues

  • Currently all nodepools are using Ubuntu Linux sku.
  • This change proposes to update nodepools to use Azure Linux
  • Changes are tested with manual update of nodepools from azure portal in community GLAB and dev secondary environments.
