Removing secret not needed for Secret EDS

Current Behavior or Linked Issues

Infra-azure-provisioning for common code will fail to use the secret-service secret on the kv, secret service should pickup this from the kv instead of modifying the secretproviderclass.

Does this introduce a breaking change?

This is urgent fix, it will not allow to start pods if this is applied, and the secret infrastructure resources were not provisioned.
