MSCO search/indexer default route

Arturo Hernandez [EPAM] requested to merge ah/search_default_route into master

When using search or indexer services with prefix through the internal service like:

GET/POST search.osdu-azure/api/search/v2*
GET/POST indexer.osdu-azure/api/indexer/*

The result will be 404.

This MR fixes that behavior.

Included also an extra function to show the latest version of each project in the community which does not contains "az|gc|aws" fixes, this does not affect current devops pipelines or workflows.
