Rafs update and ddms config restart

Arturo Hernandez [EPAM] requested to merge ah/rafs-ddms_updates into master
  • Update latest changes for rafs-ddms (Schema service and liveness variables)
  • Setup Checksum pod annotation for DDMS
    • When variable it is changed, the service will not be restarted, needs to be restarted manually, this change use pod annotation to restart service if configmap variables changes.
