Update seismic.osdu.values.yaml with correct seismic service name

The proposed modification entails the following changes:

  • Connection issues between file metadata and seismic have been identified due to an incorrect service name being specified.
  • This is MR does the adjustment of the seismic DMS service name within the file metadata component to accurately reference the correct name.
  • Modification of the file metadata path to enable concurrent support for both v1 and v2 versions.
  • This has been already tested in GLAB. related commit 75685d27a6242f9b9190d313a27eeb0644078ad7
