Opa upgrade and scale up

• Upgraded opa to 0.50.2 which seems to have performance improvements release notes plus bug fixes.
• Related to osdu/platform/domain-data-mgmt-services/rock-and-fluid-sample/rafs-ddms-services!53 (merged) and osdu/platform/domain-data-mgmt-services/rock-and-fluid-sample/rafs-ddms-services#135 (closed) which it is doing lot of storage requests, some of them fails to get opa service
• Scaled opa to have as default 3 workers instead of 2 (wanted to use statefulset approach, however didn't noticed any advantage about it).
• Updated docs and glab, I noticed an slight speed improvement in storage from MX location.
