Resolve "Istio Helm Chart Deployment Gaps Causing Cert Creation Failure in aks Cluster"

  • Fixes condition on which the dns hostname it is changed in the kv and k8s generated secrets
  • Removed osdu-common agic ingress installed by default on the partition helm install stage, in favor to use appgw+istiogw.
  • Updated docs to embrace and encourage appgw+istiogw.
  • Fixes the secret name for self-signed cert from kv when using that option, also disabling Cert creation when kvCert option it is enabled (cc. @vleskiv thanks for awareness).
