Rel-0.15 - Airflow2 updates and small fixes

Arturo Hernandez [EPAM] requested to merge ah/pre-rel-0.15-osdu-airflow2 into master

  • Replaced default airflow image with v0.15.0 image

  • Already submited changes in ACR for airflow2-docker-image

  • Replaced CORE -> LOGGING moved to avoid warnings in airflow values

  • Replaced getenv -> sync for webserver to fix remote logging (Not sure why it was introduced in first place), getenv will brake remote logging in 2.2.4 airflow version Airflow Issue.

  • Related to Preship to M12
