Rel-0.15 - Osdu azure bump to 0.15.0 for app and chart

  • Bumped all services to app version 0.15.0
  • Got latest versions from m10 branches to get the istio-1.1.5 and airflow changes up to date with helm azure chart v1.15.0, have consistency in the documentation.
  • Deployed this in pre-ship and internal EPAM environment for testing
  • Related to Preship to M12

Note Already uploaded to ACR msosdu the DDMS templates.

  • Bumped azure app version to 0.15.0 (ACR docker image version)

  • Bumped azure chart to 1.15.0 for all core services

  • Fixed hpa and pbd helm library

  • Cherry picked from master and azure/m10-master

  • Related to Preship to M12
