Elizabeth Halper requested to merge elhalper/fix-seismic-md-templates into azure/m10-master

The helm charts written as they were caused the liveness probe to fail when the service was deployed. The changes in this MR allow for the service to be deployed properly with the liveness/readiness probe succeeding
