Updates description?

This MR completes the work on OsduMetadataUtilities for now.

Removed some obsolete classes/structs
Added new classes/struct to properly model OsduFileCollection.SEGY, OsduFileHistogram and OsduHistogram metadata files
Carry over some larger/wide ranging suggestions from previous code reviews.
