Fix for incorrect ZGY file geometry if input SEG-Y file has decreasing inlines or crosslines. Also add validation check that bingrid transformation method matches input SEG-Y volume layout.

Add Precision tag in FileCollection.OpenZGY generated during the SEG-Y to ZGY conversion.
