Updated jsonschema requirements to allow usage in Airflow with constraint enabled

This is a proposed fix for the issue reported here: #11 (closed)

This should allow all jsonschema version within the 4 branch and so increase a lot the compatibility with other Python installations, while still in theory keeping backward compatibility.
