Enhancements

  • Summarize ingestion stats per-kind in data-ingestion logs
  • Ingest 2D LineStrings from the SeismicLineGeometry kind
  • Move OSDU auth parameters to environment variables by default
  • Automatically skip tests while compiling
  • Update docs
  • Code optimizations
  • Omit redundant configurable option for igniteTable
  • Update class names for clarity (local/remote, etc.)

Ongoing CSP Support

  • The dev team is working on a Kubernetes deployment for the GCZ but has encountered a blocker in the form of Docker licensing
  • IBM has deployed GCZ into their pre-ship environment using the local profile
  • We are working with IBM to help them deploy GCZ into Kubernetes using the more robust remote profile

New Dev Onboarding

  • Part 1 of an onboarding session was held and recorded to introduce new developers to the project
