Prepares Offline Installation/Deployment Guide to assist users in bringing GCZ to disconnected environments. Additionally, new pipelines are introduced to bundle the GCZ and reduce manual steps required when preparing GCZ as a deliverable. This will hopefully make it easier for the GCZ to be adopted into local or offline environments.
