Update image of azure_dag_postman_tests job

  • azure_dag_postman_tests job is failing with newmandependency not found for nodejs 14 in all repositories.
  • This MR changes docker image from python-nodejs:python3.8-nodejs14 to python-nodejs:python3-nodejs18 changing the nodejs version of the image
  • Changes are tested with #2240103
