Fix azure copy dag job
- azure_copy_dag is failing with dependencies not found for azcopy command on all repositories. Refer azure_copy_dag line 80
- added apk dependencies to fix failing azcopy command.
- Tested with segy-to-vds-conversion job, witsml-parser job
