Variabilize containerize repository URL

saketh somaraju [EPAM] requested to merge az/variabilize-azure-containerize-image into master
  • Variablize service-base-url git repository that is used in azure_containerize job.
  • This would make maintenance easy for future modifications and helps the job to be more flexible in changing images.
  • Change is tested on Dummy azure containerize job with Dummy MR
