fix azure_copy_dag job

  • This MR fixes the azure_copy_dag job which is failing due to removal for airflowdags file share from storage account
  • The changes to remove this fileshare are included here in this MR 791 which is to standardize the airflow2 approach in azure { link : infra-azure-provisioning/-/merge_requests/791 }
  • we have removed the references of the same file share from this repo
  • This change is tested in the pipeline witsml-parser/-/pipelines/178663
