Temporary static resolution for appgw-istio 502 errors

Arturo Hernandez [EPAM] requested to merge ah/az-temporary-appgwfix into master
  • Adding static resolution to avoid having errors while using appgw ingress controller updates in the deployments on the glab
  • This MR will provide 2 functionalities
    1. To test istio+appgw in integration tests for all services
    2. Get rid of the 502 errors by AGIC controller
  • To be removed once the DNS has changed correctly
