Support for azure helm charts and EDS

When onboarding secret and proxy dataset ddms we started to adopt helm-chart-azure services template, trying to leave retro-compatibility.

• Added extra parameters in helm install instruction for compatibility with helm-charts-azure
• Added extra env vars needed for EDS (external dataset proxy integration tests)

Succeed pipeline for secret service (tested): Secret pipeline

Tested as well for helm template with additional parameters for retro compatibility, in partition, entitlements, and storage.
