Update wks bucket var (new naming)

Aliaksandr Ramanovich (EPAM) requested to merge osdu-gcp-update-wks-bucket-variable into master

Update wks bucket value due to new approach (project_id-partition-wks-mapping-definitions) project_id and partition will be taken from tenant info
