Update seismic-store-service.yml to use seismic store svc builder image

Daniel Perez requested to merge slb/dperez50/change-node-image-for-seismic-store-svc into master

The latest node image has an issue (breaking seismic store service unit test) so we are using a custom image with proper versions.
