Updated azure CI-CD Pipelines for Ingestion Workflow service

Summary of the changes done -

  1. Updated WORKFLOW_HOST URL to be consistent with the URL used in core tests logic
  2. Added variable TEST_DAG_NAME which will be used for running ITs in azure
