modify regular expressions to parse CSP specific tags

saketh somaraju [EPAM] requested to merge az/sa-fix-csp-tags-parsing into master
  • Current behavior: Helm Charts containerize and azure publish jobs could not parse CI_COMMIT_TAG for CSP specific tags.
  • This MR handles CSP specific tags in tag pipelines.
