Added scripts to load TNO-reference data to Azure

Scripts are inspired from Bulk-Loader but have been transformed to support R3 data and use Workflow service.

Changes include

  • Scripts that
    • can ingest data from given directory,
    • check status of the ingestion
    • verify if the ingestion is success
    • delete ingested data
  • Util scripts
    • that will help with Token management.
    • to generate reference data from CSV and Templates.
    • to generate master data from CSV and Templates

Note: These are scripts for Iteration 1. There will be refinement of scripts in the subsequent contributions.
