Astronomer Tooling + 2.0 DAG Migration

  • Added the Astronomer CLI to use and manage Airflow deployments. A quickstart guide for the Astronomer CLI can be found here.

This is done as part of work to upgrade DAGs in this project to Airflow 2.0, mostly using this guide
