Repeated mutmut

Mutmut seems to fail out periodically. As a hack job, re-run mutmut if it fails with untested results.

This failure seems to be related to threading conditions, and is more prevalent on the CI server than on local machines. Since I haven't seen cases where mutants are left half-tested, we can relaunch the mutmut process to continue making progress.
