Welcome to The ArchiMate® Community!
The ArchiMate Specification is an open and independent modeling language for enterprise architecture that is supported by tool vendors, and consulting firms, and maintained by The Open Group. The ArchiMate visual modeling notation provides elements to support enterprise, business, solution, and technology architects in describing, analyzing, and visualizing the relationships among business domains in an unambiguous way.
The ArchiMate visual modeling notation leverages your Enterprise Architecture practice and helps you describe and understand complex systems. This insight helps stakeholders to design, assess, and communicate the consequences of decisions and changes within and between different business domains.
If you require a modeling tool that supports the ArchiMate Specification, the ArchiMate Tool Certification Register can be found here.
