Add support for well bore/log download from an OSDU cloud instance.

Write classes that allow Well Bore and Well Logs to be downloaded from OSDU.

• Get well bore
• Get Well log
• Get bulk log data

Add command line options to support this. Test by writing data to OSDU and pulling it back.
