Two unused reference lists removed. Updated schema authority references.

Removed two reference lists that were shown to be using the {{rafs-schema-authority}} and were no longer used by RAFS DDMS content schemas:

  • CompoundAreaHeight
  • SampleTestRunType

Updated hard coded osdu:wks references to {{authority}}:{{schemaSource}} in all reference manifests.
